Gave me an estimate (fair) we negotiated a bit sent someone to check on installation. Got permits & had recommended setting screens because of code did the work fairly promptly cleaned up very well.

Work took longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances.  They kept me informed every step of the way.

The service was really good. They did a wonderful job on the windows. What we thought would take several days only took one day. The guy we worked with was very good and the installers were excellent as well.

It took them 7 months to finally get everything in. The windows look great but I had to eventually work directly with the window manufacturer. They took out the old windows and then installed all mismatched windows. The three people I originally dealt with were eventually fired and then everything got worse. Everyone I have talked to have been nice but the work has taken a long time to get anything done.

Salesman came and did lengthy demonstration using a high grade double hung Simonton Reflections window, which we selected. He promised contractor supplied life-time warranty and 5 year interest free financing. I called the salesman's attention to the fact that the receipt did not specify the "Reflections" model name. He quickly wrote this on my copy only. I called them several times to make sure the windows ordered were correct and they assured me that the Reflections model shown was the only one they install.
As the first windows were being installed, we noticed they delivered a lower quality construction grade, single hung Simonton window.  Total bait and switch. We stopped installation until we could come to an agreement--Return windows or re-negotiate  price.
Fasteners for all double windows were drilled through our beautiful marble window sills without any warning. The picture window in the family room, which we specifically asked to be the same size, was shrunk by 18 inches and its side windows made larger.
We halted the installation again, and called the office where we were told they could lower the price a little but to get the windows we originally ordered we would have to pay twice as much. 
Financing turned out to be for three years, was not interest free, and was delivered in the form of a credit card which had been taken out in our name with the purchase price as the balance. We cancelled that credit card, and secured other same-day, interest-free financing from another of their outside vendors.
The only bright spot throughout the whole ordeal were the installers who were quite professional, courteous, and clean while working.
We checked references and the BBB.  Their ratings and reviews were based on the Parent company and not the window division.
