They surprised me by first covering the walls in my foyer and entrance to the powder room with heavy paper to protect them. They removed baseboards and wallboard (about 2 ft. up from floor), pulled out effected insulation and sprayed with a chemical to kill the mold. They replaced insulation with new, did an excellent job of replacing the wallboard and baseboard, painted so you could never tell anything had happened. I was going to have tile replaced, but because it is 12 years old we were afraid we couldn't find matching tile, I had him dig out the grout and replace it, again excellent job.
They were super clean and neat. Not only that, I felt like I had made two new friends by the time the job was finished.
I believe the company is more into doing larger, custom jobs, but took every bit as much care on my small job.
