I hired Randy to replace the condensing unit at one of my rental properties. He was very prompt and very reasonable. His quote came in around the same amount as some others I received but I decided to go with him because he was the most professional. I also liked that the units he sells come with a 10 year warranty (including labor), which wasn't something other contractors were offering. I'd like to think I'm a pretty good judge of character and I felt quite confident that he's just not the kind of person to "upsell" something you don't really need.
