Mark and Chad did an outstanding job installing the shower doors with attention to detail and real craftsmanship! We are very happy with the final product and it is a great addition to the bathrooms. They were very desiring to produce a good product. I would definitely use their services again !!

It went very well.  Mark called me back in a timely manner and understood immediately what I needed.  He arranged a meeting time and place and showed me exactly what I was looking for.  Along with selling me the correct parts, he also asked several questions concerning my issue.  He then shared a lot of information and helpful tips to prevent the same thing happening again and how to make my repairs.  And, the price was very, very reasonable.  He helped me a lot and I definitely recommend him and his company to anyone.  Thank you Mark.

From the first call to the last visit they were extremely professional. They came out the same day to measure the glass and since it was a special order it was a week before it was installed. They called before they came out, gave me a window of time they would arrive and completed the job without a trace of mess left behind. Very professional and courteous - would definitely use again.

Professional Glazing Service did a PERFECT job.  Mark came and measured the space, gave us an exact description of the product we would be receiving and the exact price for all work.  He kept us informed through the process, and completed the work exactly when he said he would.  He and his crew were very professional during the installation process and cleaned the space when they were finished.  I would recommend them very highly and would use them again.

Mark was punctual is arriving to provide an accurate estimate.  His measurements were exact resulting in an excellent installation of two large pieces of half-inch glass.  He told us exactly how long it would take to receive the glass and then install it.  He easily accommodated a change to the height dimension and style of hardware.  His price for half-inch glass with an "EnduroShield" coating was less than two other companies for 3/8th inch glass without the coating.

The owner Mr Sunday came out and gave us an estimate. His son Chad came the next week, replaced the one mirror and caulked the bottom of both bathroom mirrors. They are considerate of your property, cleaned up after doing their work and it looks great.

Mark came out to measure the space.  He made suggestions for the size needed and treatment of the glass.  As promised, he came out about a week later and installed the glass.  It looks great!  I would recommend him and use him in the future.

The two men that repaired the window were both very polite, removed all the broken glass pieces and vacuumed around the area.  I would highly recommend this company for any repairs on windows.

Mark came with his 2 sons and did the install, they were quick, efficient, neat and the door looks great!

Paul and his son arrived on time to measure the areas that I wanted mirrors put in, and then came back as promised and installed them. They added a very nice touch with the devices that I needed cut into the mirrors as well. I highly recommend Pauls Professional Glazing.

I was absolutely impressed with the speed and efficiency in which this company responded to my request. My brother in law accidentally shattered a sliding glass door panel while installing a lock, and I called for a few estimates. I spoke with Mark, and in about 45 minutes Chad and Martin were here to review our situation, and determine if we needed clear or tinted glass. They said that they would be back in a few hours, but returned in less than in hour with my panel glass installed in the frame. They took their time in ensuring that the doors were on track and working properly before they left. The price was extremely reasonable, especially considering the speedy service, it was less than 2 hours between the time I called for an estimate and the completed replacement. Chad and Martin were professional, courteous, and friendly, as was Mark. I will absolutely use this company in the future. I am grateful for the Angie's List reviews, as I am new to the area, and the A rating is right on the money.

They did everything they said, they were very friendly, and they knew their business. The price was good, they were on time, and they did a good job. I would recommend them.

Professional Glazing Service LLC did not seem interested in my business at all. They were very unprofessional. They came out with all sorts of excuses. Pretty much, what they were trying to do, is trying to make it sound worse than what it is, to get more money out of you. I didn't appreciate that at all. I got estimates from other companies and not one of those companies mentioned any problems with the issue they had been talking about. They gave me an outrageous quote.

Michael's team was great. I was not there but my tenants were happy and the price was fair.

Mark came and took measurements and asked questions about the type of material we wanted to use and offered advice on how to make the door semi-frameless which was appealing to us. He called back with an estimate and we employed him to do the work. He arrived promptly and removed the old door and installed the new one. The way the door is installed there should never be a problem with sticking because there is a very low threshold on the step into the shower. It is enough to keep the water from coming out of the shower and not enough to allow the bottom of the door to catch--ever! The pieces fit together well and the chalking around all of the seams is very well done. It is a pleasure to open and close the door now...we waited far too long to fix this annoying nuisance.
Mark and his helper were professional and careful to spread tarps on the area where they were working. They cleaned up the area where they worked. They also removed their shoes each time they went in and out of the house. I would recommend this company should you need to have a shower door replaced.

On Monday I called and spoke to Mark. I provided him the measurement of the wall space and size of the mirror needed. He asked questions such as, will the mirror be framed, will it rest on top of the backsplash or be completely wall mounted? He provided me a price which included delivery and installation and had it ready to install on my preferred day of Wednesday. He personally delivered and installed the mirror as well as sealed underneath the mirror where it would rest on the backsplash.

I had originally been referred to another local company but decided to look around since that particular company did not deliver or install the mirror which meant having to work with multiple people to get the job done which also came with a higher cost. Working with Professional Glazing I found superior end to end customer service at a great price. On installation day I was pleasantly surprised to find out that all of my future bathroom projects throughout the house, to include frameless shower glass panels, can be handled by Mark. I would highly recommend that you reach out to them for all your needs, you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful to work with and a pleasure to have inside your home. A family business, they care about the job they are doing and it shows in their work.

Mark and his crew were very responsive and provided the lowest estimate. I contacted two other highly rated companies on Angies List. They were a pleasure to work with and we couldn't be happier with our new shower. He and his guys came out twice to do measurements, which were very precise and the door was hung such that its natural position was perfectly closed. We were given the option to add a protective coating to each panel for $150/panel (3 x $150 =and gt; $450) to keep it from getting hard water deposits. We opted not to do this because of the additional cost and because we already have a water softening system and felt this would alleviate much of problem. Instead, we purchased a product for about $12 that is a spray-on wipe off, similar to Rain-ex that is helping to keep the doors in nice condition without much effort on our part.
