Professional Cleaning and Windows

They were ecstatic. They were great. They really did a thorough job. That was great and I appreciate that. I have not talked to Cindy. I had sent her a letter and a check. Her original quote was not enough so she had called me. I can appreciate the help. It was probably pretty dusty and dirty in the sense that we had not done much as my mother in law was not able to do a whole bunch. It was almost double the amount that they quoted but that was fine because I can imagine once they go out in there it need the cleaning. What I would check her about was that she was giving me a 25% discount, while Angie’s List was giving a senior online discount of 10%. I told her that and she said it was not right. When she called again and told me how much and stuff and it included the 25% discount. So I told her sorry Cindy but she had to respect the discount through Angie’s List. She was not aware of that. I sent a letter and added the 25% discount on and told her everything I had done and took some percentage off. We tipped the four workers for 19 hours each. So it was needed a lot of attention. As she was so kind to mum which is so important, we gave each of the workers a $20.00 tip. I asked Cindy to first tip them, so in the end it was probably if you add it up, it would have just been a $50.00 discount overall. There was discrepancy there. I saw where another man online address it and it was verbatim to my experience. But he did not do anything about it. We wanted to do a monthly cleaning with her and she quoted $100.00 a month and it does not say anything about senior discount. I am not up but she has to follow what is listed. I want Cindy to make it clear about the senior discount and it was one time only. She was very helpful on working with mum to get her to throw the old curtains and get new ones. It was a really art to get an 85 year old lady to do that. They had cleaned the windows that were never been cleaned. We were very pleased with the work.
