Cleaned the entire carpet. Dye the entire carpet.
Scotch-guard the carpet.
The carpet was so thick, that the first dye job left the carpet two-toned.
When I told the owner, Marvin, about it, he came right out to look at the carpet.
He immediately said that we could do the dye job over or give me a
discount. We ended up repeating the dye job over. The carpet looked
much better the second time. No complaints. Marvin did the job himself.
That was most professional. He wanted to make things right!
He did excellent work. He is efficient. He moved everything around. He was in and out in about three hours. I had some pretty big bulges when I had the carpet installed and they have been stretched now. He did a really good job with that. I would ask others to hire them. When I called him he gave me the price right away. It is a family company. He, his wife, and son work together. They were good. I rate them high overall. I called them and they came within a couple of days. They were here when they say they were going to be here and did the job on a timely manner. I will definitely use them in the future. They told me that they also sell carpeting; so if I ever want to replace the carpet, I can hire him for that.
