I have recently had a lot of bad experiences from Angie's List companies.  Perfection was a referral from a friend, and they are far and above better than any Angie's List company I have used recently.  They are fast, honest and reliable.  I wish every provider was like this company.
They originally came to a house we sold on CHRISTMAS eve for last minute service because our buyers wanted something fixed.  They wired our garbage disposal and rewired something that was short circuiting and only charged us around $100 for several hours worth of work.  
When we bought the new house, the fixtures were mostly 70's era fixtures and dirty and grungy.  I called Perfection on 2/12 for an estimate and he happened to be in the area.  He came in less than 10 minutes and said he could come back the next day (2/13).  I've never had anyone work that fast!!  He even fixed an outlet same day and didn't charge me.
When they came, they installed 2 ceiling fans and  3 fixtures.  Most every company on Angie's List wanted $100 per ceiling fan. Perfection charged $225 for these 5 items. I couldn't believe it!  So reasonable. We even discovered later in the day after our movers came that we only had a 3 prong outlet for a 4 prong dryer.  My husband called him to come back out and they gave us advice over the phone on what to do, no charge.
I cannot say enough good about this company.  I would use them time and time again without hesitation.

They have done a lot of work for us. They were great. We would highly recommend them to anyone on Angie's List. He didn't charge us the last visit. He has done extensive work for us. He is great. We will absolutely continue to use him.

We used them because they worked on our house during its construction, and they had an intimate knowledge of it. Because of this, they did a good job with the work as we expected.

My initial contact and estimate was with Frank. However, Bob performed the work, and I was concerned something might be lost in translation. Sure enough, a problem later arose that I attribute to lack of communication. Frank and Bob both came over to fix the problem, and I must say, they bent over backwards. They went far above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and even refused payment for the second visit. This speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service and I can't say enough good things about my experience. Naturally, I intend to use them again for any future electrical issues and highly recommend you consider them yourself.

I think their customer service is just superlative.

They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were conscientious and were timely. We had used him before and overall we were very satisfied. Their price was reasonable. They were very responsive.
