Mike the owner of Outback Pools came out to my house personally when I started the "shopping" process. Another "highly rated" Pool company had sent out a "Salesman" who would not listen to or agree with my vision. I keep telling him what I wanted, yet he returned 3 times with "New" designs of his liking & price! I then called out Mike from Outback Pools on the recommendation of 2 friends that he had built Pools for. From the first meeting he listened to what I wanted & was not pushy or trying to "Sell" me anything! He came back the next day with the exact design that I had envisioned. I might add the price was almost $10,000. less than the other Pool company whose owner just sends out pushy/greedy salesmen. My Pool and Spa are absolutely gorgeous & Mike was on the job himself most days right down in the trenches if you will along with his workers! I've had a few personal problems with the pool only because I'm not technical or mechanical. I would always call Mike when in doubt & he would call me or text me back in a timely manner & talk me through any issues I was having! He builds beautiful pools & he is a genuinely honest businessman. I highly recommend Mike Kyle and Outback Pools!

We were very happy with our pool by Outback Pool. They installed a new pool, spa, and screened enclosure, along with extensive paver work. Mike and his partner Ron were always on top of the progress, and they kept the project moving as planned. Mike said 12 weeks, including permits, and he completed the pool on time. The subcontractors Mike used were always on time, arrived early, and completed their part of the job in a day or two. They were very professional, friendly, and cleaned up their work. Mike coordinated the next part of the job in a timely manner, which kept the work moving promptly. We have no quality problems, either. Everything is working great, and we enjoy our pool nearly every day. Great job Mike! Thanks!!

Mike, and his staff were very professional. Our pool is around 30 years old, and the previous owners installed a fiberglass surface on a gunite pool. Our pool became unfit to swim in, 5 minutes of swimming was a day or so of itching. We vetted about a dozen contractors to resurface our pool, and decided on Outback Pools. Mike and his staff left the job site clean every day. We knew exactly when he and his staff were coming by and what they were doing. We were in contact with Mike during the entire project. The only issue was with scheduling the waterblast company to remove the fiberglass, once a suitable replacement company removed the existing surface, it was off to the races. Within a week of fiberglass removal, we were filling the pool.

Mike and his team were awesome.  They were helpful and supportive through every step of the process - including trying different grout samples to ensure that I was happy with their thoughts.  They provided several different options and did not try to sell me something that I did not want.  The end results were exactly what I wanted and perfect.  They were so punctual, kind, and clean - so refreshing.  I will work with them in the future and recommend them without hesitation.  Definitely a class organization.

I was extremely impressed.  They kept to the exact schedule as promised and explained the process as we went along.  They even worked with me when I  had to wait until my coping tile came in from Georgia and still kept to promised schedule.  Even my pool man was impressed by their work!  Most impressive was that they always returned my calls immediately if they did not answer.  Wish I had used them the first go round!

It was difficult to schedule an estimate appt. as we played telephone tag several times. Mike arrived on time for his appt. and impressed us with his knowledge of pool construction. The estimate he gave us on the work he could perform was reasonable and his product (Pebble Tec) carries a lifetime warranty.  However, we wanted to redo the entire deck and his company was unable to do the entire job.  He gave us the name and telephone number of a decking company and a rescreening company that we could contact for those estimates.

After obtaining estimates from several other companies who bid the entire project, we decided to go with one of them as we did not want the responsibility of coordinating the various contractors on this large project.  We realize that the other pool companies may be sub-contracting parts of the job but it will then be their responsibility to coordinate/schedule the order in which the work gets done.

Went very well - owner Mike Kyle was very involved in the project.  When I questioned some things that I thought needed replacing he actually told me that some of the equipment was still in good shape and should be kept at this point.  He coordinated very well with Couch Pavers, who were replacing the deck around the pool.  No surprises from the estimate to the final bill.  I felt very comfortable working with them.

Mike and crew were amazing. They were there every day bright and early and completed the pool and spa as promised on time and for exactly what they said it would cost. We would highly recommend this company It was an absolute pleasure to do business with them. Total professionals...

They were awesome, they were highly professional, highly recommended by my neighbor. They are absolutely wonderful, and extremely fast and responsive. And the owner Mike Kyle  was extremely professional, and did exactly what he promised in a timely manner.

Two to Four people came out with Outback to prepare the pool, and pebble tech who did the actual surfacing. It took just over a week before the pool was usable again, it was a lot of work but didn't take very long. They were very nice and friendly, we liked them a lot. We did have a few issues that weren't really their fault but they stood by their work and made sure that the problem was taken care of, they are very reputable.

His responsiveness was excellent.  Attention to details and achieving exactly what I wanted.  I was impressed with his professionalism and follow through to supervising and doing the work from start to finish.  I would highly recommend him.  You will not be disappointed.

The owner was on site every day and made this a great experience. Mike brought us tile samples and had the paver company bring samples by as well so that we didn't have to run around to pick our colors. Work started when he promised and he kept us informed on the progress throughout the entire project. He provided us with release of liens from all of the subcontractors for each payment draw and was onsite for each inspection so we didn't have to be. All of the workers from Outback Pool as well as the subcontractors were professional and pleasant to deal with.
They took our old 70's pool and deck and made our pool & backyard look wonderful! They  also installed a salt chlorination system which has been easy to maintain and works great.
Outback Pools was not the lowest estimate we got but we had seen several of their completed jobs (they even contacted one customer for us to visit so we could see the pool color on a finished pool) and decided the little extra was worth it for the quality of the jobs we had seen. We highly recommend Outback Pools.

Everything went good with them.  They were very thorough.  They were on time.  They did a good job.

Mike was very professional and was hands on for most of the work done. I was kept well informed of the process. Added a waterfall and 2 benches to pool. The pool looks excellent and would highly recommend Mike at Outback pools. He also resurfaced my brother inlaws pool which also looks outstanding.

It looks great.  Punctual, polite and very competent.  I would recommend and I would use him again.  Excellent service and price.

Our experience with them has been absolutely excellent. We looked at a lot of different pool companies but we contracted it with them sometime in October and the pool was done and complete in the first week of November. They exceeded our expectations by far. It took them 30 days literally to do the permitting, excavation and the whole nine yards.  They were just fabulous. Their prices were straight across the board. Their prices were really close like maybe $500 here and $1000 there because I decided to do some things a little differently like upgrading to a variable speed pump verses a single speed pump; this was the only difference. Anytime both of us had a question we were taking back and forth. They were here when they said they would be here and went above and beyond. I have already recommended them to others.

The process went well -- problem no one could help was Mother Nature was not kind during it.

Our 18,000 gallon pool had a Fibre Tech surface that had become unusable over the last few years.  The fiber glass surface was clouding into the water every time we brushed the pool, which made swimming a very unpleasant experience.  Outback Pools had to tent the pool and  sandblast the old fiber glass surface from the concrete.  They then replaced  the old fiber glass surface and tile with a dark granite pebble finish that really is beautiful .  Outback also re-did our concrete deck by repairing cracks and applying a new surface that blends in with the new tile.  Outback Pools is truely professional as is everyone that was involved in removing the old surface to installing the new.  We were very impressed with how smoothly the whole process went.
