Richard showed up!! He worked with my husband and I and gave a great design and quote. He started almost immediately and worked very hard.. I had contacted 4 other landscapers. 3 came by, said they would work up a quote and send to me. Even after I text, called and emailed them after their appointment, they never responded again. One landscaper never showed for his appointment. Richard is by far the most professional and understands how to communicate. Very pleased.

Richard was very professional and personable. I like that he kept in communication from start to finish. This was a refurbishing of our landscaping, replacing dead/overgrown shrubs and putting mulch around the gardens. My only reservation is that the price felt a bit high for what was done, however we are very satisfied and plan to use Richard Story in the future for our landscaping needs.

This was an irrigation/drainage problem. Excellent job. , I would use his services again.

The work that they preformed was good. But, the cost per hour was unacceptable- Fifty dollars per hour. I had four neighbors, who would have hired the Story family to do....Handyman work for them. But there hourly rate was to exorbitant.

Richard and his team did a great job for us at a fair price. He stayed in touch via telephone and text with updates on scheduling and did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. He made several repairs to our sprinkler system and even reset some broken and loose pavers. We will hire them again when we need additional landscaping.

Mr Story did a first class job. Liked the fact that he showed up early in the morning to get started. Will have him back to do some additional landscaping.

Very efficient and courteous. Like any other service you pretty much get what you pay for and although he was not the lowest price he delivered a quality product which is what I wanted.

I had a project which required a Landscaper. I contacted several companies that supply materials to various landscapers and asked which on they would recommend. I was given Richard Story's name with high recommendations. Having contacted Richard to submit a estimate and quote for my project, he showed up on time, evaluated the project in a professional manner and provided me with his quote. His quote was will within budget. After reviewing his quote I contracted with him to do the project. Richard arrived on time, completed the project, and cleaned up the area prior to departing. I will utilize the services of Richard Story again for any future projects that I have for landscaping. I highly recommend Richard Story for any landscaping project that you wish to have done right.

AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! I'm so glad we had Richard and his crew.He did a complete transformation of our backyard from pavers, trees, plants, sod. Richard is SO CREATIVE and a bit of a perfectionist which is a great trait for his business. He also worked on our sprinklers so they will hit all the plants and make it as low maintenance as possible. Very Affordable! I'm looking forward to him doing our rock walkway and lighting.

I have used Richard's landscaping services previously, and was completely satisfied with his work He offers great suggestions that complement my ideas. He works efficiently, and his prices are affordable. He has a nice pleasant personality.

Not only did they do a great job on the landscaping. They also worked on my irrigation system. Fixed or repaired several lines and installed a new control panel. All done in one day and at a reasonable price.

The job could have been done faster if both men had stayed on the job.

Richard was very nice in the beginning of the project but when he underestimated the cost of the labor, he tried to cut corners and the job was not completed to my satisfaction. He also did not return my phone call in a timely manor to finish the job and we ended up completing it on our own

Great experience working with Richard! He came through with a good quote. The plants were installed timely (he even showed up early!) and were of very high quality. I am very pleased and will be using him for more services in the coming year.
