Florists
After flowers were in house for 1 hour a blossom fell off. Called florist.and they said to I could return it because they were busy with deliveries. My cousin and I brought bouquet to shop. They offered to exchange bouquet for a similar one that they would make up from "fresh flowers". They insinuated that I had done something to the bouquet and that the flowers were fresh when delivered 2 hours before. I asked to trade the bouquet for a peace lily plant but was told that the gift was ONLY $30 plus $10 delivery and that I would have to pay the difference in price $15-25 dollars. The owner was very rude. I ended up selecting a mum plant that was not price comparable.
This owner never apologized for the poor product or offered to put things right.On the contrary the owner implied that the wilted flowers were my fault.
I would not recommend that anyone deal with such a nonprofessional florist.
