Karen was a joy to work with!  We had (what we thought) was a complex situation where we needed to list & sell our home and close on a new home within 4 months before our baby was due.  Karen had great knowledge of the local real estate market and current pricing.  We managed to get an accepted offer on our home within 3 weeks and find a new home that met our specific wants/needs also.  Karen helped managed two closings on the same day so we could sell our old home and close on the new home.  I would highly recommend Karen for all your real estate needs.

My husband and I first contacted Karen in September of 2013 after reading her reviews.  We were selling our condo in Panama City Beach and relocating to the Tampa Bay Area.  We had a very modest budget and were afraid no realtor would be willing to help us find our new home.  Karen agreed immediately to help us and after asking us numerous questions to determine our wants and needs, began to send us listings to look at online.  We made a trip down to see some of the listings that Karen had compiled for us.  It was a learning curve as we didn't know this area of Florida but thankfully Karen did.  None of those listings worked out but it helped us narrow down on the area we preferred and the type of home we were looking for here.  On our second trip Karen had several more listings for us to see and this time she had found us the perfect home.  With our small budget we never expected to find the beautiful home that we did which met all our wants and needs and more.  We even got a lovely water view which we thought was not possible at our price point.  We closed on our new home the first week of December and we are now happily living in our beautiful new home.  It is with great pleasure that we recommend Karen Casey-Cave to those people looking for a realtor that cares.  Karen is friendly, professional and knows how to make dreams come true.

It went very smoothly overall, from the realtor standpoint.  I emailed her my list of what I wanted, and when I met her she had 12 or 13 houses that fit my list well and we looked at them all.  She pointed out pros and cons for all, and showed me things about the houses that would need fixing, know how much it would cost and how much it would add to the value, she also was able to tell me a bit about each house.  She knew the area well.
She also pointed out issues with the houses that might be a problem with resale later.  She knew if the price listed was likely to be over or under appraisal, and she knew if it was high or low for the neighborhood.  By the end of the day, I had a good feeling for what was available in my price range and a little above and below. 
She stuck with me though the financing, the appraisal, the survey, insurance, inspection, and kept abreast of all of it.  She kept me posted by text message and email as soon as things were done, so I was updated continually.  She did not, however, abuse that by sending messages of no value, so every time she contacted me it was with an important update.  I'm very pleased with the entire process.

After interviewing four realtors, I decided to use Karen because she seemed genuinely interested in helping me sell my mother's home and she was knowledgeable about the market in Hernando County. Karen was easy to work with throughout the process.

We worked with Cindi to sell out home recently.  We found that she was extremely organized and a pleasure to work with. She took us through every step of the process, she even answered all our questions before we asked them, handled and issues before we were even aware.  She was wonderful to work with!

We interviewed three agents and chose Karen because she was very familiar with our neighborhood and also because she provided a comparative market analysis before we even met. She told us what she thought the house would sell and appraise for and it ended up being exactly what we got. We signed the listing agreement for a 5.5% commission and within a few days had our first open house. She took pictures of the house within a couple of days and had the listing on craigslist, yahoo, trulia, aol, etc all within a week, including a great virtual tour. Karen always returned emails and calls immediately and it was a pleasure doing business with her. We were under contract in less than two months.
