Karen Casey-Cave is a top ranked realtor with over 34 years of local experience. With hard work and determination, Karen closed over $5,200,000 in sales of real estate in 2014. With over 25 years as a Re/Max agent, she had earned a prestigious “Hall of Fame Award,” for only top agents who close over $1,000,000 in commissions. It is with great enthusiasm, Karen joined Coast Properties Group/Christie’s International March 1, 2014. Karen’s career path of real estate began in 1978, working as a office manager for Phase 1 homes in their model center. She continued pursuing real estate by attending Bert Rodgers Schools and getting her Real Estate license in January of 1980. “I can’t imagine a different career path,” said Karen. “I was meant to list and sell Real Estate.” Whether it’s showing homes to first-time buyers or bustling neighborhoods to investors, Karen is a Realtor® for everyone. She also pointed out issues with the houses that might be a problem with resale later. She knew if the price listed was likely to be over or under appraisal, and she knew if it was high or low for the neighborhood. By the end of the day, I had a good feeling for what was available in my price range and a little above and below.
She stuck with me though the financing, the appraisal, the survey, insurance, inspection, and kept abreast of all of it. She kept me posted by text message and email as soon as things were done, so I was updated continually. She did not, however, abuse that by sending messages of no value, so every time she contacted me it was with an important update. I'm very pleased with the entire process.
