Water heater was leaking and Joe's Family Plumbing was able to come within a day to replace it. Fred and Steve were professional and courteous. They completed the work in an efficient manner and cleaned the work area. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Two plumbers who came were friendly, positive, and very honest. Told us that based on the situation, it would save us money if, after we finished up a few things, they returned to do the job. We appreciated their analysis, and rescheduled for a few days later. The 2nd visit, like the first, was on time, professional, and the job was done in an efficient manner. No complaints, just a positive experience.

This repair was for a building that has business tenants and 4 water meters. I called this plumber to come out and find the source of one leak and to fix it. Kenny did a fantastic job finding the leak and advising me honestly what needed to be done to prevent this in the future. I agreed that the pipes needed to be replaced. Then he proceeded to replace 4 very long lengths of galvanized pipe from the meters to the back of the building. (there were leak before that left depressions in the parking lot) He did this in a short amount of time (about 2.5 days) and then checked all of the interior fixtures to make sure they worked properly The former company I had come fix one leak never followed up when they suggested pipe replacement nor did they check the plumbing fixtures to see if there was a problem. And there later was. Joe's Family Plumbing handled this job professionally, followed up and Kenny went above and beyond what I expected. Thanks, Kenny! I will call this company for all my plumbing needs in the future.

It turned out that we had a faucet outside that was continuously running. A year before that we had a faucet in the kitchen that my husband could not fix, so we ended up having them come out and fix it. I think their service fee now is $89 and then whatever per hour. I would work with them again in the future.
