Roofing, Chimney Repair
The owner Stacy came out and gave to provide a quote on chimney and gutter problems. We waited and waited for them to contact us I called about 5 times. I talked to a lady every time. The last time I called a gentlemen answered and told me they are no longer interested in doing the job.

He committed to having job done on 03/13/2015, then he recommitted to 3/17. Didnt show up till 3/18. Tore off roof, left a big mess, left a big dumpster in my driveway leaving me with no where to park and job still not done.

They were good. They were a little bit slow. I think there so many involved that kinda slows thing a bit. I think they were fine. At first they were responsive and as they gotten far with the job they seemed to be that there responsiveness to me was becoming slower. Eventually, when the job was coming to completion he was more informative with the process of the roofing. It seemed like they only have one guy working on the job for a long period of time.
