They're excellent. They're good and they know what they're doing. They don't only know mechanically what to do but why they do things. They can think about the purpose of something and they do the scientific approach to why things happen. They're excellent and I highly recommend them. They answer their phone immediately.

I had a european car (now have a honda) and I love, love love Gary and Mike. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I trust them completely. One time, a few years ago, I had an unsatisfactory result on something (a major repair that they did on the european car) and when I voiced dissatisfaction they did the whole thing over again without a whisper of protest. They would never take advantage of anyone. I've sent my sister and my parents to them. I'll go to them forever!

They did something on my car I wasn’t happy about. They recommended something to me that I found out I didn’t need. Actually you are not even supposed to do that on my car. He made some money out of me that I am not really happy about. I feel I have been taken advantage off as I am a woman and I don’t know anything about cars.

I can't say enough good about them. They are honest, prompt, very courteous. I haven't had a bit of problem when they've done anything to the car. Their prices are reasonable.

Both Gary and Mike are very pleasant individuals that seem to understand that not everyone knows a lot about cars. Thus, they explain things about your vehicle very well, without talking down to you, or being over-technical. I am very satisfied with their work, and will continue to use them in the future.
