"The review that you have left has huge holes in it and you have left out a large part of what truly happened. We installed a full well water treatment system in your home last year and after installing the system you were not left without water to your entire home - you had a hose bib by the well pump that did not work - that's is it - the rest of the entire home had water. I have a message in email form to our answering service that states that you do not have water the hose bib that was it. The reason why you had no water is because the original company that installed your well pump-pressure tank- and pressure switch did it incorrectly and when we installed our system this was uncovered and we came back out at no charge and assisted you in fixing the issue and actually called and set up the appointment for the well pump repair man (Poole well drilling and service) to Fix the issue. So as I stated you are fabricating the truth about no water in the entire home after we installed the system. On Friday 7/21/17 my technician went to your home and performed an annual maintenance on the water treatment equipment to clean it out and calibrate the valves - that's it. We did nothing to your well pump or pressure switch and you know that because you were present at the time of service. We worked on our water treatment equipment and nothing else. We were out to your home in the afternoon around 1pm. Around 4:30-5pm you called our office stating that you had no water to your home so our staff immediately dispatched the technician that was at your home to come back out to your home and assess the issue - we had our technician back out To your home within An hour of you calling. While at the home my technician thoroughly went over everything and he found that you had a broken pressure switch. The pressure switch is on the well pump and has absolutely nothing to do with our equipment and the technician showed you everything. The pressure switch has a locking cover on it that has to be physically taken off and when my technician took the cover off the pieces of the switch crumbled out. The pressure switch is what controls your well pump and without this switch operating you will not have water. There is absolutely no way we touched this switch or damaged it in any way and my technician showed you this and you agreed. If my technician had the pet To replace the switch he would of and he explained this to you, but we are not well pump repair experts. My technician left and you were fine and were going to call a well pump repair person. About an hour later you called our on call technician (around 6pm) and stated that you had no water in your home. The technician called me the owner and explained the issue to Me but I was aware of it because I had spoke to the original technician that was at the home. I immediately called you back and offered to have someone out to your home first thing in the morning to fix the issue and told you that I would charge you for the parts only (around $25) but you were very hostile and argumentative and only wanted to tell me how horrible we were and that we had to of broke the part and she was not reasonable at all. I again made every effort to tell her that we would get someone out to fix her issue that had nothing to do with us but she said no and hat she had someone coming out to fix the problem and she hung up On me. We made every attempt to try and fix the problem and responded immediately, but we can't be held responsible for something breaking just because we were at the home. I was at an funeral and out of town and I stepped away to call her and try to make Things right and she wanted nothing to do with it. It is more important for her to come on Angie's and lie about every and make us look bad and not explain what truly happened. We made every attempt to help the customer but she wanted to use harsh language and hang up on me and she knows all I tried to do is help."
