Carpet Cleaning
THE CARPET CLEANING WORK THAT WAS DONE WAS OK. THE CARPET WAS LEFT A LITTLE TOO WET, BUT THEY DID GET SOME TOUGH STAINS OUT. HOWEVER, IN CLEANING THE TILE GROUT IN THE KITCHEN, WHATEVER THEY USED TO CLEAN IT WITH ENDED UP SPLATTERING ON MY CABINETS. MY CABINETS NOW ARE STAINED WITH THIS "SPLATTER" ALMOST A FULL FOOT UP FROM THE FLOOR. WE HAD CONTACTED MR. BECKMAN TO PURSUE HAVING THE CABINETS FIXED. SO FAR WE HAVE MADE ARRANGEMENTS 5 TIMES TO MEET HIM AT THE HOUSE AND HE HAS NOT SHOWED UP, NOR HAS HE HAD THE COURTESY TO CALL AND CANCEL. TO DATE, MY CABINET SITUATION HAS NOT BEEN REMEDIED BY THIS COMPANY. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!
