Without going into all the gory details, I had a number of challenges for refinancing my private mortgage that was about to balloon. I contacted Vito in September, and he patiently worked thorough all the issues, including setting up the appraisal (twice! -- the first one came back ridiculously low), removing a second mortgage that was really a gift from my father, and on and on. But he did it! he was quite inventive and very knowledgeable about the industry. And he was very kind and reassuring. I can't say enough good things about Vito Viviano.
