Firestone Complete Auto Care Store

Firestone has had a lot of turn over. That is where I met Rich, he use to work there. He left and got his own place. I go for simple stuff, like tires and oil change. I go to another garage for more complex stuff. I have went to Firestone since 1990. The good thing about Firestone, if anything happens to your car. If you are in Florida, and you live in Indiana, and you are in Indiana, they can take care of the problem. If I am in Indiana, Rich can't help me. Firestone did the work, they will own up to it. I however saying that, would rather stay with them for the simple stuff, and leave else with Rich. Its good. They will fix something, if it doesn't work out, they will fix it. I will recommend them. I say if you won't tires, oil change go to Firestone. If you want something complicated, go to another place. They are good, they have good people. I know them, I have been in there so much.

If I need anything done to my auto I use Firestone Complete Auto Care Store.  I was there for a flat tire replacement in September/October of 2015.  For them to replace the tire I think It cost $126.  It's just the waiting time that kills you.  Even when you make an appointment there is a long wait.  They do what they say they're going to do.  They tell me what needs to be done and I decide to do it or not.  They are a little expensive but I don't take it to anyone else.

Combined above. I still go to them. That should tell you something. They do absolutely best work and warranty work for 1 year.

They were good. They treated me fairly and I thought they did a good job.

The men were very courteous, polite and did good work however, I feel as though I was ripped off. They told me needed a bunch of stuff done that I did not need however I trusted them. They told me originally it would be $600 and when I came in to pay it was $965 because of the labor which they never mentioned!

They get the job done on time. I have a work truck and I rely on these mechanics to do the job right and the follow through.!!!

We paid about $35 on that work. We continue using them because the people that work there are the same all the time. There is no change over in serviceman and I would tell others that they would get a good deal if they used them. I am going there right now because I have a flat tire.

They got the parts quickly and fixed like new!
