He was referred by the bank. He had completed some renovations for them previously. I met with Mike one weekend and he began work approximately 8 days later, on a Tuesday. The work was completed by that Friday. I was concerned about construction dust but he kept that contained. Payment was 1/2 up front and the other 1/2 upon completion. Everyone that comes over compliments the remodel.
