TRACY IS INFINITELY PATIENT WHEN WORKING WITH INDECISIVE PEOPLE WHO CAN SPEND HOURS COMPARING AND CONTRASTING MAT AND FRAME COLORS. SHE MAKES HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS AND EXHIBITS A SENSE OF HUMOR, BUT NEVER MAKES YOU FEEL THAT YOU'RE TAKING UP TOO MUCH TIME. GWEN, THE FRAMER, IS A PERFECTIONIST WHO DOES BEAUTIFUL WORK.
