THE MAN CALLED AND CONFIRMED HIS APPOINTMENT. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. I TRUSTED HIM IN OUR HOME, AND I DONT TRUST THAT OFTEN! THE CARPETS LOOK GREAT!

I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM MEMBER ASKED FOR A TOTAL REFUND OF $115.

"Carpet cleaned 2/10/04. Customer signed invoice stating work was satisfactorily completed & paid tech by check. Customer called back next day to say they were dissatisfied w/ service because it took too long to dry & areas still looked dirty. Appt. was set for 2/25 to come back & re-clean at no charge. Customer was told tech would arrive between 10AM & 12PM. Tech was on his way to customer's house when they called & cancelled appt. Owner later called customer saying he did not understand why she cancelled appt. & was disappointed that we were not given the chance to rectify situation. Customer apologized for cancelling appt. but did not set up a new one. When complaint was received from AL owner called customer again for a chance to rectify situation. Customer said to call back in 2 weeks when they returned from vacation to set up an appt. for re-cleaning."

They cleaned our carpets last weekend & I was thrilled!! They charged half of what Stanley Steamer charged me & did a better job. They were EARLY and did a super job.
