We had a horrible experience with Chuck. He came out to fix a leak in our roof and the next week, it was leaking again. When I called him to come back out to fix it again, he kept dragging his feet and giving excuses about why he couldn't come back out. We tried calling/texting for months and it was always something else. We had to get another company out to fix the rest of the leak.
