Oscar, (the owner/inspector) offered several explanations of what he was looking for and the purpose of the straps holding down the roof to the walls as well as other methods of wind mitigation. He offered suggestions of what could be done to improve our property and also informed us of the reduction that we could expect in our annual insurance rate if properly installed. Oscar did a great job, and was very personable. We had our report by the end of the day. In our case, we will be receiving a reduction in our insurance costs because of the observation and documentation that Oscar provided to our insurance broker. Thanks Oscar!
