Description of Work: Received an estimate for tenting my house for powder post beetles(need Vikane at 10 times the strength for powder post beetles). This company was one of the 6 estimates I obtained. $1,800 was a good price but I always waited a really long time for answers to questions and till he actually came to see to get the estimate. The price was good, but I don't know how his work was or if he owned the equipment in which to do the job (sub contracted or borrowed).

+ -1 moreTHE TECHNICIAN WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE WAS FUNNY AND A GREAT GUY TO TALK TO. HE SEEMED TO ENJOY HIS JOB AND HE DID IT WELL. I DID NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY FOR MY ANNUAL PEST CONTROL PROGRAM BECAUSE ANOTHER WAS RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND.
Description of Work: THE WORK WAS A TERMITE INSPECTION AS PART OF PURCHASING MY NEW HOME THIS PAST APRIL. NO EVIDENCE OF TERMITES WAS FOUND.

+ -1 moreALPHA-OMAGAS BUSINESS IS IN A FILTHY, RUN-DOWN BUILDING, WITH NO ADDRESS OR ADVERTISING SIGN TO LOCATE THEM. THEIR ONLY IDENTIFYING SIGN IS THE TRUCK PARKED OUTSIDE, AFTER THEY ARE CLOSED. THEIR ADDRESS IN THE YELLOW PAGES IS 5 YEARS OLD.
Description of Work: ALPHA-OMEGA DID MY TERMITE INSPECTION WHEN I PURCHASED MY HOUSE. A YEAR LATER I DISCOVERED THAT MY WHLOE FLORIDA ROOM WAS COMPLETELY DESTROYED BY SUB-TERRANIAN TERMITES. THEY DID NOT CLAIM ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS OVER-SITE AND THEY ALSO SAID THAT THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED TO WRITE IN THE REPORT ANY OF THE
