Service was excellent

The installer came out and ran some tests to make sure everything was correct. One time my wife came home and punched in the wrong number - they called within 3 seconds. They're very professional and answered all our questions. We didn't feel pressured at any time.

They are very good.  When we accidentally set the alarm when we take the dogs out, they promptly turn it off.  We are very satisfied with the whole system and I feel safe alone.  The price is very reasonable.  They are very professional.

We've had no problems out of them at all. It was here when we moved into this house and we've only had to get in contact with them twice since we moved here. We hadn't had to have them in for any sort of service so that treated it as a new install. When they have to respond, it is an actual person talking to us through a microphone.  It is not a recorded message. Their technicians seem to be knowledgeable about what they are doing. I haven't looked into what others are charging. They were very quick to help out the few times we've needed them. We had some issues getting things scheduled but they were busy at the time. They knew what they were doing.

Were punctual, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Service was reviewed,and adjusted for my current needs.

Alarm Force arrived on time, Did a initial review of what I wanted. Installed all the equipment with recommendations of placements. The installer then set codes and went over instructions for use. Then he cleaned up and left in a timely manner. Excellent service.

They are in Canada which is alarming, but they've been great.

I set it up myself and they sent somebody out to check everything. I had questions about one of the censors; they checked their equipment and put a new one in. They came out right away; there was no problem even though it was a Canadian company. They totally did it themselves. They were very good in every aspect. They were very responsive and did not call me stupid for setting it up. They were very professional. I thought their price was just about the same as another company. In terms of quality, everything is working fine. I would use them in the future. You sign a three-year contract but they do not come and take your equipment and it goes with you if you move because you have two codes. A number code when you come in the door and than there is another code to get to the person, so they know it is you. It works with yourself and nobody can pretend that they are you.

I would not use them again. Their customer service was poor. They gave me a system and told me it would work and then it wouldn't work and they wouldn't stand behind it.

They were very helpful. I wish I could sign a lesser contract, but am still considering using them!
