It was great! They were punctual, and professional.

I messaged Wayne Conyers Plumbing last night on Angie's List and received a call first thing this morning. They came out to inspect the leak and determined that it would require replacing the unit. The house was built in 2006 so I am assuming the tank was the original. They came back around noon and installed the tank in about one hour. They were courteous, professional, and quick.

Perfectly. After an initial visit to view the current setup, I was called the next day with a price for the manifold + installation. I agreed to the price, and the manifold was ordered that day. When it arrived a few days later, I was called to set up a day for installation. I agreed to the next day. They came on time, completed the installation and departed. No muss, no fuss, no trouble at all.

Wonderful! Landon came out very soon after I spoke with Jeff. The other plumbers I ca!led could not come as soon, and having a person in our home who is not well we really needed quick service. Landon gave me options of what to do immediately and what to do in the future, but without pressure. The cost was extremely reasonable which is appreciated as we are on a fixed income. He took care of the immediate problem and gave us recommendations for the future. Again, no pressure. Extremely professional, but friendly too. Will definitely use for all our future needs!

They did a great job. They cleaned everything up and nothing was left out of place.

They are very professional.  They called to let me know they were running a little late.  Their prices are reasonable.  They are very clean and did a very good job.  They were prompt and did exactly what I asked of them. 

The plumber, Dave, came out and in fact was early getting there. He called a couple of times to find out what the problem was and then to tell me he was going to be early. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 15 minutes. It was a and quot;duhand quot; problem but it was Friday evening and I was just glad to get it fixed as fast as it was. The communications and service was exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone.

I received a return call right away and a service call was scheduled for that afternoon. However, a couple of hours later, I received another call saying they could be here earlier. They came right away, located the problem and had it fixed in no time, with minimal damage to the surrounding area.

Called them Sunday morning at around 8h00 and the problem was fixed by 10h00.

It is a very good company. We have used them for years. They are very reliable and very reasonable. I just know that compared to other companies, their service charge was reasonable and they gave a prompt service. We are very pleased.

Before making the appointment, I talked with the Mr Conyer about fumes and flies emitting from an upstairs bathroom. Mr Conyers outlined the steps that would be taken depending on what indications his team would find. I feared this could be expensive.
They arrived ontime and quickly identied dry drain lines from a little-used bathroom as the source of my problem. As it looked like more frequent use, or just simply running water into the bath on a weekly basis would be the resolution to my problem, I added re-seating a toilet, and installing some fixtures/hardware to my order of service. I wanted to make better use of the fac tthat they were already on property. All went fast and well until, while installing a replacement tub drain fitting, it was found that the below-tub drain connector was loose, it wobbled all over the place. Conyer's did not cause this to happen, what we found was that the original builder likely did a poor measuring-fitting-gluing the PVC components when the home was built - 1992.
Another plumber was called in to assist. Unfortunately the only way to access this drain line was from the first floor, through a ceiling. The team very carefully measured and refitted a replacement drain and P-trap. They were careful with dust and dripping, very little mess was easily cleaned up.
Thankfully an unsuspected drain line problem was found, and fixed. I feel secure, and have confidence in their work (been using Conyer's since 1997). Recommend them.
Now I'm looking for a ceiling patch expert!!

Overall a very pleasant and surprisingly painless plumbing repair. We would definitely choose this company in the future.

They were recommended to me by the people that did my septic tank here. I don’t remember much of the interaction I had with them because it was many years ago. I guess they charged a lot of money - like all plumbers do - and I have had no problems with the toilets. I might use them in the future, but I would probably be more inclined to use somebody who had a coupon.

My 10-yr old washing machine had developed a small leak under the machine. When I turned off the water supply line to the washer, the cold water line started leaking around the handle. The valve hadn’t been turned off in a couple of years and was getting corroded. The hot water spigot looked even worse and it wouldn’t turn at all. I called Conyers Plumbing to have them replace the spigots. I was able to schedule an appt within 4 days. The service man arrived on time with good identification. Let me mention that I was also getting the washing machine repaired at the same time as the plumbing repair. Although both service guys had to work in the same small space, they didn’t have any trouble getting along at all. The plumber explained all the options, because part of the wall would have to be removed to access the plumbing. He made a small opening in the wall – about 6 inches by 12 inches – and used an access panel cover to seal the opening when he was finished. It looks great, fits perfectly. He had to cut the pipe to replace the valves. The new valves were better quality than the older ones (probably original to the house – 20 years old). He asked if there was anything else I had questions about in the house, and I had him check out a slow toilet. He was so personable and easy to understand. He was very straightforward and gave me an estimate before starting the work. I have used this company several times in the past 10 years, and have always found them to be excellent at plumbing and trouble shooting.
