Heritage Propane's prices are reasonable. They are an average company. They do what you would expect them to. They are reliable.

Heritage Propane bought out or previous propane suplier, service has been terrible, have left message for Squir the manger, he has not had the courtesy to even call back, I am going to dig up tank and through it at here front door

WHEN ON THE PHONE WITH THE COMPANY, THE COST WAS QUOTED AS AROUND $600, WHICH BECAME $1000-$1200 WHEN THE REP CAME TO MY HOUSE. I FOUND THAT THIS WAS TYPICAL WHEN I GOT OTHER QUOTES, WHICH APPARENTLY DO NOT INCLUDE TANK AND FITTINGS WHEN YOU CALL IN. THEY WERE NOT THE LOW BID (MIDDLE BID), BUT WERE THE MOST RESPONSIVE IN TERMS OF CALL-BACK AND SCHEDULING, AND WERE THE FASTEST TO RESPOND TO MY HOUSE. THEY ALSO GAVE ME THE BEST PRICE ON PROPANE. THE INSTALLER AND REP GAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND WERE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT.

THE ESTIMATOR WAS A VERY NICE GENTLEMAN. HE TOLD ME THAT I COULD PUT THE CONCRETE PAD DOWN BEFORE THEY PUT THE TANK DOWN. AFTER PUTTING THE PAD DOWN THEY TOLD ME THAT I COULDN'T PUT IT THERE, AFTER GOING AROUND AND AROUND WITH THEM THEY FINALLY AGREED TO PUT THE PAD DOWN. THE MANAGER IS RUDE. THEY FINALLY PUT THE TANK ON THE PAD BUT THEY HAVEN'T PRESSURE TESTED IT AND I STILL HAVE NO GAS IN THE TANK AND NO HEAT. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR SIX WEEKS NOW. THEY CONTINUALLY SAY THEY WILL GET BACK WITH ME AND DON'T AND I HAVE ALREADY PAID THEM.
