Awesome service, 3 hours it took from the call to the finish of the service.  they made arrangements and came almost immediately.

Guys were prompt, located septic tank and had to dig a bit to remove lid, as it had been several years since last serviced.
Sucked out the "stuff" down to the bottom, reaching in with a long pole to stir up the bottom layer to completely empty the tank.
Did it at the time they said they would be there, didn't fool around, and put up with my questions about what was going on and
what their thoughts were on whether that would cure our recurring overflows, etc.

I called 12/19/2011 to schedule the work. Work was scheduled for sometime between 8 AM and 4 PM 12/20/2011. I received a phone call at 9 AM letting me know they were on the way. Two man team arrived at 10 AM. The team quickly located the tank and two tank lids and carefully removed grass and dirt from both lids. Both concrete lids were difficult to remove do to age and composition and one of the lids broke during removal. Both chambers of the tank were pumped, cleaned with high pressure water, and pumped again until clean. The unbroken lid was replaced and covered with dirt and grass. The team measured and ordered a replacement lid for the broken one from their home office. They covered the opening of the broken lid with ply wood to ensure that the area was safe until the new lid was installed. The team told me that the lid would be installed first thing in the morning on 12/21/2011. A worker arrived on 12/21/2011 at 10 AM with the replacement lid. He cleaned up the area around the broken lid before starting to remove the remainder of the broken lid. He was very careful not to get any dirt or debris into the tank while replacing the cover. The cover fit perfectly and with a little pushing and tamping was quickly in place. The dirt and grass was replaced over the lid and the clean up was very extensive. The smallest pieces of broken concrete were removed and all debris was placed on the company truck. The three workers that completed the work were professional, polite, friendly and willing to share information about septic systems with me. A very nice service experience! I will recommend Bingham to my friends and neighbors.

They changed me $25 less this time. The young men that came were as professional as you can be while cleaning out sewer supply. They gave me a little bit of analysis what they thought might be wrong. Since, I work from home they were in & out without any problem. I have used them 2 or 3 times already so I would call them again for same work.

They flushed out the tank, and had to replace a d-box, that had been crushed. He want ahead and did it it and I was thrilled, because I had people coming out. The problem was that afterwards, I realized that they had gone over my driveway with the truck and crushed my driveway. I told him that I had alternate access to the tank, but he didn't wait and just went over the driveway. I called the office to let them know, and kept calling them because Mr. Bingham said he would fix it. I finally went to their office and he finally came over and they sort of fixed it. I expect it to break again. It took a good two months or more to get it semi-resolved.
