Joe was punctual, followed the CDC guidelines by wearing a mask, completed the estimate and took time to explain the installation process. Wonderful! Joe & Trevor did outlet remediation for homeowner’s insurance requirement. They were prompt, professional & very hard workers. They went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied! I would definitely call them with any electrical issues. They are coming back next week to put in a new panel box for me! I called them, they said they they will give me a free estimate. They came out, they been here for 40 mins and gave me an estimate and told me that they can do the job, so I gave them a deposit of $1000. After a couple of days they called me that Duke electric will be involved with the project and I have to pay Duke electric as well. I refuse and cancelled the job. Now John the owner told me that he will just refund me $900, because I have to pay them for coming out to do the estimate, which we agreed that it will be a free estimate.

It was great. The workers were great. They did everything that I want and they laid down rug carpet before they came inside the house and the work was perfect.
