Iâ m a realtor and refer business out all the time. I hired Tomka to do some work at my house and they were excellent - answered my calls, very good communication, work done timely and reasonably. I will definitely recommend them to my clients in the future! I am so impressed by everyone I worked with.

They not serious at all they came to my house and took my house survey and gone and gave me a fake number ur need to check people before putting them on ur list

A family business operated with pride. Quality of work was outstanding and workers never left the job site without cleaning each day. I am pleased to highly recommend Tomka. They are a first class operation.

On time and professional

I hired this company after having an in home estimate with the owner Jesus. He initially appeared professional and assured quality work. Once the bathroom remodel began the issues of cutting corners began. During the demo, old and damaged areas were not removed completely even though it was obviously damaged and I started having to request for damaged areas to be removed and replaced. This became the ongoing concern with quality of work and having to point out issues on multiple occasions. During the tile installation, tiles were being cut on a bucket causing them to vibrate and break. I was told the tiles were defective and that I would have to choose new ones. I asked about the way the tiles were being cut and requested they use a wet saw (proper tile cutting equipment). I was told that this is what is normally done without issues but that didnâ t appear to be the case. I did return the tile but had a hard time matching the tile to the other tile chosen. I repurchased the same tile and after a few days of my request for use of a proper tool, a wet saw was brought in for the job. No more breaking tiles or so I thought. I found the workers using the bucket again during the tile installation and had a big discussion with them. They were apparently upset with the fact that they were being questioned on their work so I had to request that a supervisor be at my home during the remainder of the remodel to over see the work (which should have been a standard from the beginning). Ince again during the tile installation, I found a broken tile on the wall and a tile that was chipped several times on its edge on the floor already installed. I had to complain and have the workers remove them which they had to come back to do, causing more delays. I expressed my concerns with Jesus (the contractor) but mistakes and mishaps continued to occur. My new tub was placed not leveled which was felt while attempting to take a shower. This again caused a delay and another day of fixing something that should have been done properly the first time. The remodel was completed or so I though and I finished paying for the final product. My new tub drains slowly while showering and I have made several attempts to have this company come back to fix the issue but they no longer answer my call. I am very disappointed and upset with the way this remodel was handled. I canâ t enjoy my new expensive bathroom because I now have to find someone to fix the issues that should have been resolved. I do not and would not recommend this company. I would also recommend you ask to see if the workers that come to do the work under the contractorâ s license are certified at the job they are doing.
