We like Pablo from the very first day we met! Not because he gave us the lowest quote but because he was honest about our house conditions. Out of 5 general contractors we had interviewed, he was the only one who pointed out the things on our property that may not be up to code. He provided us the most reliable estimates and the detailed plan. We liked his team, too! He and his crew showed exceptional knowledge and experience in all aspects of our projects. They came to the job site and worked consistently. After hearing lots of horrible remodeling stories from my friends, we felt that we were lucky to have Pablo as our general contractor. He answered all our calls or called us back promptly. He kept us informed during the entire process. He paid great attention to the details (he spent all afternoon just to make sure the laminate floor looks nice on the corner of the stair…). He used high quality materials. He handled the unexpected situations professionally. We like his work ethic, character and honesty. This was a rare case of the service was just as good as the first impression!
