With so many tile distributors and so much competition you would think that when you purchase a batch of bad defective tile the Manager and Owner of this establishment would be more conscious and business savvy to immediately correct the issue at hand. See photo - we purchased thousands of dollars worth of tile for (3) bathrooms. One of the floor tiles for the shower had issues, the glue was defective and didn't hold to the mesh for installation. Tiles were coming apart as you would pick them up to install. We immediately called to inform them of this issue. We drove to their warehouse purchased a new batch for the floor so the project wouldn't be delayed and left them the defective tiles while we waited days with no reply for reimbursement for the defective tiles. We had to call again to follow up - Manager refused and owner was just as useless. At the end of the day they lost much more than I did, for a lousy $127 credit that they should have given us, instead they lost thousands because our 2000 square feet of exterior tile floor that will be purchased with another distributor. Definitely will never purchase from them again. Prices aren't even comparable to other distributors and the only reason we did make the purchase with them was because they were recommended by our tile floor installer (not our bath installers). Nora, the salesperson that took our order was always very nice and attentive, but as a salesperson her hands are tied and these issues are resolved with upper management - which clearly are in the business to make money at any cost doesn't matter if they sell defective tile or not - and they are very much aware of this!
