Paid $2360.00 deposit since 1/13/18, as of today 4/4/18 No work have been done. Owner Jose Perez keeps giving us run around , each time we ask for our deposit back, he insist he's going to do roof in a few weeks. That's the same excuse each time, he does not have any employees and no office and he's taking deposits but not doing work. He's a scam artist. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, HE HAVE NAMES AS ALSO S & J ROOFING OF FLORIDA, INC . BE CAREFUL.

Company was extremely professional from start to finish. The employees, salespeople, and workers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Contract signed at the end of May and they came the first week of August to rip off existing roof. I still have tar paper on my roof (9/29/09). This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. They always have an excuse as to why the job is delayed. Run away from this contract they are nothing but trouble.

Started on 2-29 they have still not finished. Workers are left unsupervised, because of this the work has not been done properly. They have placed new tar paper over rotten boards (so rotten that you can see through the board). Also the shingles on the front of the house are visibly crooked, when I called to complain they finally sent out their head installer (after many calls) instead of removing all the shingles and installing them properly he only did a patch job which is not acceptable. They have called me to set up a time to come and do a inspection, I asked that a supervisor come and look at my roof because in my opinion the work has not been done properly and to my satisfaction. The way that they respond to complaints is very bad. Every time that the supervisor says they are coming to address an issue he states a time that he will be here yet he never shows/calls. On one occasion he did come when I told him off. I have never been able to speak to the owner regarding problems.

THE PRICE THEY CHARGED ME WAS EXACTLY THE PRICE THAT THEY QUOTED ME. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB PUTTING UP THE NEW GUTTERS. THEY WERE VERY HARD WORKERS.
