Master Bath of Florida

Very bad experience, I do not recommend them. It?s been 17 days since I?ve been waiting for them to come and fix the vanity in my bathroom. They?ve canceled on me multiple times. Rolando and Cristian repeatedly promised to come ?next week,? but they never followed through. When I expressed my frustration about the constant rescheduling and lack of commitment, I told them I could no longer trust their word. The response I received was: ?Well, don?t believe me then.? A completely inappropriate and unprofessional answer. Terrible service. I would never hire them again and I don?t recommend them. Choose another company if you?re looking for reliability and professionalism.

Master Bath of Florida did a good job with turning my bathroom into a modern day bathroom with a walk end spa shower. From my first meeting with the owner Rolando I was sold. His prices were compatible to other companies but, he offered more amenities. His professionalism, attention to details, and sharing of ideas was a winner for me. His workers Jesus and Noel were always on time, cleaned up before they left my home and very professional . I cant praise Rolando enough as all of my concerns were addressed and he went over and beyond to ensure the project was done to my satisfaction. Overall, a great company to use.

Great workers, very professional. Clean up after each stage of project. Very respectful. Beautiful work. Price was competitive, but we chosen this company. Note: they did everything from demolition to cleaning.

Great work but communication problems-only 2 of 8 workers spoke English, had to use google translate or Anna in office to translate.

Living in south Florida it's hard to find fast, reliable and professional people. But Master Bath was great! From start with Rolando, who explained everything well to finish by two very courteous and fast installers. My bathroom is beautiful.

I was 100% satisfied with my remodeled bathroom. Master Bath Systems were very professional and efficient and were in good communication with me during the entire process. The general contractor Rolando gave me a fair and accurate estimate of the work. His assistant Ana stayed on top of the project and provided me timely updates. The permit runner Martin secured all city permits in a timely manner and the two on-site workers/plumber Noel and Robert did an amazing job transforming my old, run down bathroom in a thing of beauty. I couldn't be more pleased and I highly recommend Master Bath for any bathroom remodeling that needs to be done.

Very professional, dependable and helpful. This company came in and fixed the disaster that a previous contractor had done. They made sure things were done correctly and within the timeframes as promised. We are truly grateful and enjoying our new beautiful master bath. Thank you Rolando and Christian for everything!! I would highly recommend Master Bath of Florida.

This company does not keep their word on what they are suppose to do and they need to have licensed people working with them.

What I liked is they promised me they will be at my house by a certain time & they were there! It took one day for the installer - Javier Blanco - to complete the job....very professional.

It vfc was suprising how long ,it actually takes to rebuild the bathroom.

Mara, the primary designer worked closely with me to get the design and finishes I wanted. If I had a problem with anything, she would return my calls immediately and come by to see how things were going. The workmen, Cristobal and Alan, were wonderful. Nice, polite, responsible, excellent work ethic, and good clean up each day. From the Company manager through Mara and Cristobal, I was treated with respect, and attention. I love my new bathroom and they finished earlier than expected.

I had a few issues with miscommunication/misunderstandings throughout the project which by itself was not too bad but I had to request a few items be followed back upon due to quality issues (i.e paint finish, vanity drain leaking, etc) which they addressed. I had to do a pretty decent clean up after the project was completed to clean up some of the dust, and paint splatter that got on finished surfaces, all in all, I am happy with the finished product but I do not feel it lived up to the expectation that came with the name Luxury Bath, it felt more like an average handyman job.

I love doing business with this company. Everything was great. From bathroom design, to quick work time, employees are friendly and professional, and if there are any complaints they fix them to full satisfaction. Ty for the bathroom remodel. Will be doing repeat business in the future.

Contractor and installer, Gustavo was great, excellent attention to details and admirable work ethic. His team along with Nelson and Luis were great team. I would definitively hire them again.

They did a really good job. The ceiling could have been painted better. It's streaky and blotchy in spots but a proper job probably would cost more. I would post pictures if I could. Overall though, we're satisfied given our history with contractors. It hasn't been the best. For 10K though, the ceiling should have looked better.
