What a great experience I had with Duke Contractors. It was very easy to deal with this company from the beginning of this project, as they kept me informed all the way. Fast, reliable and they will definitely make you feel like you're a part of their team. Thank you very much, as this went even better than expected. 100% recommended. These guys will do right by you.

Prompt and polite service

On 12/29/20 they told me they were going to send their workers to fix some damage caused by a bad roof repair they had done, but they never sent the workers. I called Home Advisor on 3/12 to complain about the issue. They called me as soon as they saw the complaint, but they have not sent anyone to fix the damage they caused. The only way they send the workers fast is when there is a new job and they will get paid for it. They disappeared after that.

They were very responsive to all my questions

I went through 5 roof contractors and Duke's stood out in terms of quality and price. I met with Jose who was very helpful and courteous. I'm someone who doesn't know the first thing about roofing, let repair, and he explained the repair and issue in detail including how to prevent it in the future. Both Jose and his crew were very professional and finished the repair in a timely fashion. They made sure I checked their work and explained what the repair accomplished. I would definitely recommend Duke Contractors for future roof repairs.

Requested an estimate for a roof leak. Came out quickly with a fair estimate. Started work next day after estimate was accepted.

I was extremely impressed with this company. I looked at four other companies within in a weeks time so I could compare one against the other in terms of how they diagnosed the problem and how they intended to fix it. Duke was the most comprehensive and professional. As soon as they finished the work we had some major rain and I detected a drip. I called them and they arrived the next morning at 8AM and worked until 1PM to find and fix the leak. This is a really good company and I would definitely hire them again. Although I don't think I will have to. Finally, their price, although not cheap, {you get what you pay for} was much more reasonable for the for the level and quality of work they performed. As a family owned business with 30 years of experience, it is good to find a company that still takes pride in their work and gives the customer the confidence it is done correctly and with satisfaction. They came back for a minor correction within a few days. I will recommend them to others.
