I scheduled the pick-up online. Mark called the next day to confirm the appointment and to discuss specifics of the job. He arrived on time, worked quickly to collect my junk. He was also courteous. When I realized that I had forgotten to print the Angie's coupon, he offered to pick up additional cardboard that was not included in my original order to compensate for my oversight.
