We offer complete minor maintenance plumbing electrical carpentry painting/drywall and installation services. We can install repair or replace fans faucets fixtures doors locks (most anything). We offer a NO FIX - NO PAY service call. If we can not fix your problem, there is no charge for the service call. We can custom tailor a maintenance plan to fit any budget.
