The job was done well. However, this was the third time we have had this flooding and the third company to do the work. We spent $475 on the first company, $800 on the second company and $3,400 on ServiceMaster. We were in shock and still are in shock over their pricing. All work performed by all three companies was basically the same. We only spent $2,200 to have all three of these rooms carpeted with pad when we built the house. It would have been cheaper to just replace the carpet. We felt their charges were just outrageous and would never, under any circumstance, use them again. Truly a "Buyer Beware" company.

Everything went great. They were fabulous. The carpet dried really fast and looks awesome. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

They were here in about an hour and went right to work. Fourtune for us, it was during the day, and we went ahead and had the whole up stairs cleaned as well. It only took a couple of hours, and we were very happy.
