We had to bring the laptop into Best Buy three times.  Each time they had an excuse about why we had to stand and stand in line...to correct an earlier problem. The whole process took five days and the problem was never corrected.  The staff was polite, but it was evident that they were not competent to address the problem.
We took the laptop to another business and the problem was solved in one day...and it was something very simple for a competent repair person.  The problem was not even what the Best Buy staff thought it was.  No wonder they could not resolve it.
I give them an F.

I went to the 23rd st Best Buy and looked for a new laptop that would run The Sims 3 and not crash. My laptop had died, and with being a student as well; i needed something that day. I looked around at the models and did see one i liked, but it did not have a dvd drive, which i needed. So the associate showed me a Asus 17.3" gaming laptop. It was more than I wanted to spend, but believe me I am glad I spent the extra money. The downside was this laptop was not even available for me to look at and mess around with. Then I was told that to reserve a laptop over there in Destin, I would have to pay for it first. I really did not like that policy very much. I had so many thoughts about if I would like it or not. However, one I got to the Destin Store, they had the laptop for me to look at and try out. So after i was able to see it, i stayed with the purchase and I have been happier ever since.
The only downside I see is having to pay for something in advance from another store that I did not even get to see first.

They have good pricing. They have good costumer service.

They were very informative and went through everything with me. They explained how to use the controller and the DVD and even wrote it all down for me. They were pretty good. I went with them because they are pretty good about coming out and fixing things. I also purchased a couple of computers for Christmas for my grand children. They hooked it all up and got them ready. I think that I paid well for it, but they did a good job. Their service was very good and they were very professional. They were here on time and got it done in the time they said they would. Their price was reasonable and I would use them again in future.
