Clayton from Empire Flooring called me within 24 hrs of posting about my shower floor tile job. I did the project myself at first, but used the wrong thin set and the tiles (pebbles) started coming up. I wanted to do it over again myself (I’m very picky about tile placement and quality), but found I had no time to carve out to continue this project. After looking at the bare shower floor for weeks, I decided to ask Angi for a pro. Boy did I hit a home run. EMPIRE’s pro came out and got the job done the very next day, using the tile and grout I provided. They brought and used the correct thin set for shower floor installation. The pro did a very good job on placing the pebbles, his work looked much like mine when I laid it the first time. Very happy overall with the quality of work and the speed in which it was done. The price was very reasonable for the task. Will definitely use Empire again.

I had several contractors interested in my tile project but none ever called back or never showed up to provide an estimate. I used Home Advisor and the next day Empire Services owner came to assess the project. I had a small kitchen backsplash and wanted simple subway tiles. He was able to do the project the next day. I was extremely pleased and asked if he could provide an estimate for my patio. He sent estimate that evening and was able to do that project in a few days. Professional conduct before, during, and after work project. Cleaned and picked up after project. Respectful of my property. I would highly recommend.

The most horrific experience I have ever had with a contractor. DO NOT hire this person. He refused to give his insurance when I asked for it initially. And then after he caused damage to my property and the people below my property, he refused to give insurance as well. After he caused all the damages, he claimed that he was recording our phone calls, even though I did not give permission, and tried saying that I said things that I did not. The people below did not want him fixing the property, when he caused damage to it unless he gave his insurance beforehand. He refused. I could not advise further against this contractor. I tried to be reasonable and gave him over 2 months to try to pay for the damages. The way he handled his damages and his mistakes, you really should never hire this person. Feel free to message me as well if you have any questions. Do not make the mistake I did. Please.

Great and clean work

Responded promptly to my request for a move-out cleaning, offered a reasonable rate, showed up on time, and Ivna and her colleague did an excellent and thorough job where they followed directions well. They were reliable, affordable, good communicators, and I would definitely hire them again for a cleaning service.

Very respectful, true to there word, on time, hard working, they work all day til the job is done, they strive for perfection, they go above and beyond your expectations, i would highly recommend this company for tile work. If I had to describe them in one word it would be spectacular.
