I hired this company to clean my father's pool, because I live out of state and cannot take care of it myself. They never showed up but had no problem billing me for service they never did.

"It breaks our heart that you feel our goal was to simply take your money Kaycee. Unfortunately, our business is weather dependent. In the case of your father's pool, there was a need for extensive cleaning/extra time and attention which required a longer block of time. The day scheduled to start the cleaning was riddled with tornadoes and torrential downpours in the immediate area. The next available day, Monday, 6/19, the day you were billed, was again a day filled with wind gusts and torrential, unsafe weather conditions. We offered to make this up to you in the form of a free month of service, but you refused. We wish you all the best in finding the care you seek for your father and his pool. We also pray the weather will be more cooperative for whomever you find in the future!"

We needed pool cleaning. When Corey came out he said it needed resurfacing. I explained that on phone call. Others wanted. To clean then resurface in winter. Corey didn't waste our money, he said resurface now. That's honest.
