They were prompt returning my call and showed up at appointment time. Looked the roof over and gave me an estimate. Returned a few days later on a Saturday to fix the roof. There were still a couple of small leaks, but returned as soon as I called and fixed those spots.

Very prompt in contacting and remaining in touch. After estimate returned, was expecting to be called in few days to have date scheduled for repairs. Instead, 2 days after returning estimate (and on the weekend) someone from Destin Roofing knocked on our door. Said he had just finished a job nearby and thought he'd swing by to get started on our roof. Roof repaired over the weekend which was fabulous as this occurred just before heavy rains hit our area. Great job, great service, would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

The job was completed quickly, and right before a large rain front moved through.

Very professional on all levels. They showed up and were working no later than 8 am and did not leave until well after 4 pm. They completed the roof replacement in 2 days and did a great job cleaning up the mess. I highly recommend this company.

Having used several roofing companies in the
area in an attempt to fix our troubled roof over the past 4 years, I have
learned a lot about roofing and the many companies who claim to be experts at the
craft. Previous companies seemed only interested in ?patching? a problem and
never addressing core issue. Destin Roofing by far is the most professional,
dedicated, and capable roofing company I have worked with. From the beginning
they were extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cared about our issues and Iris
expressed a sincere dedication to getting our problems resolved.
Going on 4 years and 2 previous roofing
companies, our Florida room roof was in disarray and there seemed to be no end
in sight to our leaks and troubles. That all changed when Chris and his team
came on site. Extremely courteous and conscientious, they let us know what they
would be doing every step of the way and made every effort to inconvenience us
as much as possible. Once working, Chris let me know exactly what he had
planned to do and how he would go about resolving the issues. Even when he
found a sustainable amount of rot and damage, he made sure it was alright to
exceed the estimate and take care for of the problem before starting. After
they completed the job (in 1 day!) they even came back out to ?sweep? the year
of any nails they may had missed the day before.
 
Chris and his team completely removed the old
roof and replaced it with a solid, well-built solution. In addition to the requested
fixes, Chris also addressed a number of other issues on the existing roof to prevent
future problems.  Now we can finally stop
cringing every time it rains knowing we have a well-engineered roof and that
our troubles should be behind us.
 
I HIGHLY recommend Destin Roofing and am very
pleased with their workmanship and professionalism. When the day comes for any other
roofing need Destin Roofing will certainly be the only company I call.

I manage vacation homes in Destin, FL. I called Destin Roofing during business hours on April 21. They did not answer so I had to leave a message. Today is April 28 and I have yet to receive a response.

Put corner ridge shingle (tile) back and made a mortar repair on front.

My experience with Destin Roofing was very smooth.  The front office staff called me almost immediately after I left a message on their service line, and their employee Rob was out early the next day.  After taking a look at my problem and realizing it would be a relatively fast fix, he turned it around later that morning.  He took the time to walk around the roof, show me the problem, and show me some of the other problems that may arise and how to manage them.  I used another roofing company's roof maintenance deal and was not very impressed with either the performance or the quote.  I would highly recommend Destin Roofing as they are local, prompt, and do quality work for a fraction of the cost charged by other companies.

They showed up on time ... Inspected my roof ... Contacted me with the results of the inspection and gave me a quote which was reasonable in my opinion. They scheduled my workorder ... completed the work and billed me promptly. I am highly satisfied.

We had a little mix up over the appointment to quote, but they were sincerely apologetic. Punctual about arriving for the revised inspection appointment. The rep was very thorough and pleasant and the quote was submitted to us in a timely manner. Repair was done quickly, although they missed calling to confirm an appointment time and we weren't home. They did the repair anyway, which we appreciated, and we paid them by credit card once we arrived home. Altogether a good experience, would just suggest they improve their communication a bit.

The only strike against them (and it's a minor one) was the timing.  They had to push the job back a week or so due to rain, which had put them behind on some other jobs.  Completely understandable... you can't do roofing when it's pouring rain.
Overall, we're satisfied customers.

They were prompt in giving a quote, and the quote was reasonable. They were great. They were very professional.

Their estimate was very very high.  I know it was a bad situation with the storm and there was lightening going on, but they did not get back when they said they would.  They said they will send somebody out that day, but it was two days later.  I would not contact them in the future for any estimates.

His prices are always good and he gives a 10-year warranty on his work. I am getting ready to use him again this month to do another flat roof that he did 11 years ago. He had estimated that it would last 10 years and it lasted 11 years. He is very reputable and very dependable. I will continue to use him until he retires.

The job is complete and we have had two rain's and no leaks. As for punctuality on the job needs some work, other wise I am satisfied with there work and do recomened them.

Prompt and professional installation.

They resealed piping from a/c unit going into the roof. 1st attempt didn't fix it, they came back out and realized the rain was running down the ac unit's connections. Corrected the position and sealed the area going into the roof. Have had no leak since.

I had 3 estimates done, and while this one was the highest they explained fully what needed to be done to correct the problem and not have it happen again. The other 2 companies gave me the impression they were trying to do it cheap and easy. Destin Roofing was on time, returned my phone calls, and completed the work on time and per the work order. Overall they presented themselves in a very professional manner.
