D & D SVC

Not well. Actually, horribly. The unit was replaced and two years later we had a leak from that unit come through the first floor ceiling. This company wasn't able to diagnosis and repair the warrantied unit after several attempts. We were lied to and finally figured out the game these pathetic folks were playing. We hired another company (Carrier recommended) and it turned out the unit's evaporator coil wasn't correctly installed thus causing the leak and damage to my ceiling. We ended up having to pay out of pocket for the new evaporator coil and D&D refused to compensate us for any of their shortcomings. I filed a report to the BBB, turned them in tothe county inspection office for NOT pulling permits for either HVAC installation they did in our house (we replaced twonwith them). D&D didnt pull permits for my neighbors installs either. We checked to see if it was a one off thing but nope! Deceitful company with an owner who could care less how his employees treat and rip off his customers. I have since filed a claim either their liability insurance company to try and recoup the costs of repairs to the ac and damages to my ceiling. Do not use this company.

It went pretty well. They replaced it and accidentally scratched up our new deck but did come back and repair the deck.

I just wanted to update this as we're about to move out of the area. We've had these guys come out a couple of times since replacing the air conditioner for minor problems and they've been quick and helpful every time. I'd recommend them to a friend.
