Description of Work: They serviced my iMac, discovered it was under a recall, and were able to perform the work under warranty with no cost to me. I had them upgrade my iMac's memory as well. He iMac has been running without a hitch for two years now.

 + -1 moreI've used CRC now a few times. When I feel I'm getting over my head. They always send out the right level of tech. They don't wast their time on unnecessary requirements. They are prompt, courteous and respectful. They left me feeling secured and with all work completed to my satisfaction. They made sure that my password keeper was well documented and updated for any further work. They have a very nice trouble ticketing system by email and a complete history of all my work. Gladly use them again.
