About us

We are a locally owned and operated disaster restoration company. We are a State Licensed Certified General Contracting company, specializing in fire, smoke, water, wind, and mold restoration. We have less than twenty employees, and a pool of dedicated subcontractors that we have been using for years. We work with all insurance companies, and are proficient in insurance billing and estimating. For most covered insurance losses, we do not charge the deductible that the homeowner is responsible for.

The mold remediation went well for the most part. It took them longer than expected and they were rarely on time but overall they did a good job. The reconstruction of the bathroom was a nightmare. The company contracts out all their work so you get a different guy for each little job, i.e. sheetrock, paint, tile etc. Their contractors were NEVER on time. Once they told me they were "finished" I had to have them come back out 3 times to fix the crappy work they did. First when they went to put up the towel rack they put a huge scuff in the paint and did not fix it. Also the towel rack itself was barely attached to the wall and would fall off if touched. Second the floor boards were just sitting there, they weren't even nailed in. Lastly the faucet on the bathtub leaked a lot. For all these reasons I had to have them keep coming back after they kept telling me it was done. I will definitely never use them again.
