Their service was excellent. I had one issue which was corrected immediately. He is just a good all around guy.

We cannot put a filter in the unit because it is sideways. When we called them to fix it, they came out but never fixed it. It stopped working completely. They came out and looked at it, told us the motor was bad and quoted us $900 to replace it. We got an invoice for $90 for a service call. The only thing they did was look at our unit and told us that they needed $900 to replace the motor and that is what they are calling the service call. We had another company come out and fix the problem for less than half of what they quoted us.
