BLUF: CertaPro’s are professionals, reasonably priced, and delivers high-quality results. We bought our home about a year and a half ago, and to be honest, the paint color scheme was pretty awful—actually, it was downright ugly. After chatting with some neighbors, I learned that the house had gone through several bad color choices, like a mix of pink, gray, and a strange baby poop brown. I decided it was time for a change and began researching painting companies. I narrowed it down to three highly rated companies (with over 40 five-star reviews each). I requested quotes, and the prices varied significantly. One quote was absurdly low, and they didn’t even bother to contact me personally—just sent a text message. The other two companies were professional, but CertaPro stood out. Their quote was several thousand dollars less than the others, and they were ready to start right away. From the first phone call to the last day of work our experience with CertaPro was excellent. Everyone was helpful, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. We had a fantastic crew to come in our home and paint the stairwell and two hallways, trim, doors, walls and ceiling. We received calls notifying us they were arriving, departing and pictures of the job well done! The work was not only completed in a clean, professional manner, but finished quickly. We will use CertaPro again and would highly recommend them in the future.

Didn?t have the best experience. Paid for two rooms (open air/loft style) to be painted and for popcorn ceiling removal. It was supposed to be completed while the house was empty before moving in. I was GUARANTEED that it could be done in 3-4 days as I had cleaning scheduled to be done after popcorn ceiling removal due to the amount of dust etc. it causes. 2 weeks later my project was complete, having had workers in my home for many more than the originally quoted 3-4 days. The first set of work, popcorn ceiling was removed and painting was done only on trim, no walls. I was told the job was complete. The second time they had to return, walls were painted but an entire wall was missed and there were multiple areas old paint was still showing through. Again I was told the job was complete. They came back a 3rd time and painted the missed wall. Again, I came home to find that there was still the old color paint showing through and again I had been told the job was complete. They came back a 4th and final time and repainted the last wall. My house was left an utter mess after each visit. Debris, dust, footprints, etc. The office was very kind and helpful was the only saving grace. I did receive a very small discount on my services, but seeing as I had to go behind them and fix edges, pull out where nails/screws had been left to patch and repaint etc., didn?t feel like it was worth it.
