Richard Schaumann is expecially helpful and delightful to work with. Bea's prices are fair and their service is excellent. I know when I call Bea or Richard, the job will be done correctly and to my satisfaction. They carry lines of furniture that are reasonably priced and suitable for my rental condo needs. If they don't have something I want, they have been able to recommend similar items to meet my needs, and usually at a better price than I anticipated. They have even made emergency repairs for me to minimuze lost rental revenue during the peak season. I plan to use them again and again as the need arises. Thanks for ALWAYS doing a great job.
