Tried to have this company sell my old Dining Room set on Consignment showed the store a picture of the set they arranged to pick it up the next week.I stayed home from work and they did not come, I called the store and they said they would come the next day at 10:00am they came at 12:00 noon. They arrived with no paperwork to fill out so I had the delivery person sign a paper that he received the set and all of it's parts. Two days later the owner of the store called and said my set would not sell in her store that I had my choice to either have them return it or donate the set. I told her I wanted it returned as I would give it to a friend. She said she would deliver it back when they were in my area. After a week they called and said they were returning my set, a gentleman arrived with part of my dining room set disassembled (it was whole when they picked it up)in the back of his Suburban, but without the top of the table. He told me he would come the next day with the table top, again I waited and no one showed up the following day he called and said they would come on Monday. The table top finally arrived with the paint rubbed off 2 of the corners. I called and talked to the owner and she told me that this is how she received the set and would do nothing for me. I have the paper her deliveryman signed but this means nothing to her. I WOULD NOT CONSIGN ANY FURNITURE WITH THIS COMPANY. At this point I will have to pay someone to repair the damage that they did before I can give it to my friend or donate it.
