"You are not telling the whole story... As with any company there is a markup on products as we get them for wholesale rate and its how we stay in business. Yes, I hired a leak detection specialist and charged you $250 as that is the going rate and we were available next day. (I make $50 for my connection). Next, you don't mention that you did not answer your phone for nearly 2 days and you said yourself that the leak needed fixed. I used my better judgement and told my specialist to repair the leak. An $80 part and pvc plumbing $30 (my cost, I charged $200 which is what it would cost you as a regular customer purchasing at the pool store) 3 hours labor at $100 per hour. I myself made a total of $190. I gave you a fair price because you said that you would use me for weekly service. You would have spent more than that and waited longer for repair with many other companies. we were efficient and professional in the repair. When asking for the money you refused to pay me. I am a very non confrontational person and I agreed to take the "cost" of my parts in return that you would not leave a nasty review as I rely on them for future business. You paid me less than my cost and then left a bad review. I was out a lot of money, and now have this stain on my company in which i have worked so hard for. Running a company consist of having proper licensing, insurance, fuel, payroll, supplies, chemicals, truck payments and repairs etc.. This particular house is a rental that you make money on and should understand this concept."
